Founded by two brothers
Ashok Agrawal and Vinod Agrawal established BK Enterprise in 1992. Their business has grown around supplier relationships and the everyday work of connecting apparel buyers with Surat's market.
Today, their sons, Aakash and Vikas, carry the legacy forward. The emphasis remains personal: understanding a buyer's requirement, helping identify relevant suppliers and staying involved in the trade conversation.
What kind of agency are we?
BK Enterprise is a textile commission agent, also described in the trade as an adhat agency. We work as an intermediary between buyers and suppliers. We do not manufacture apparel.
Sarees are our main sourcing focus. We also support buyers looking for dresses, dress materials, kurtis, lehengas, ethnic wear, western wear and other women's apparel. Our buyers include retailers, wholesalers and traders across India.
Most of our buyers have worked with us for years, and some for decades. Suppliers check our standing through market references from the people we already work with.
Suppliers pay our commission once the customer's payment has cleared. Buyers pay no agency fee to BK Enterprise. Product costs and any agreed packing, transport or other purchase charges remain separate.
