We help retailers and wholesalers across India identify suitable suppliers, coordinate purchasing discussions and facilitate eligible credit-based arrangements. We act as an intermediary and do not manufacture sarees.

We support long-term supplier relationships and repeat-order discussions. Most of our buyers have worked with us for years, some for decades. A re-order still needs its own confirmation of price, specification, quantity and availability.

BK Enterprise is a textile commission agent (adhat), not a saree manufacturer. Our role is supplier discovery, trade facilitation and purchase coordination.
Suppliers pay our commission once the customer's payment has cleared. Buyers pay no agency fee to BK Enterprise. This refers to our agency fee. Goods, packing, transport and other agreed purchase costs remain separate.
Before a first order, check the agency and supplier details, including who invoices, who receives payment and what each party is responsible for.
Discuss the product details, quantity, price, payment and delivery terms for each purchase before committing. We help coordinate those discussions; the terms depend on the buyer, supplier and transaction.

We can help facilitate eligible credit-based transactions. Credit facilities and terms vary based on the buyer, supplier, relationship and transaction. Arrangements are subject to agreed commercial terms. Credit is not automatic or guaranteed.
New to working with BK?
For a new customer, we take references from our existing customers and consider GST filing and compliance history as one input into our assessment. We do not use a formal document checklist. GST history is not a credit rating or a guarantee of payment.
New retail customers pay an advance, and their purchases are capped at that amount. Confirm the recipient and terms of an advance before paying.

Is there a minimum order quantity?
We do not publish one minimum quantity for every supplier or collection. Share your approximate requirement first, then confirm the minimum quantity, packing and assortment with the relevant supplier. A category listed on this website does not mean every product is available in every quantity.
Can you share a fixed catalogue or current price list?
This website introduces our agency services; it is not a live stock catalogue. Ask us about the styles and price range you need. Available options and quotations need to be discussed for your requirement, and should be confirmed before placing an order.
How are commission and other charges agreed?
Suppliers pay our commission once the customer's payment has cleared. Buyers pay no agency fee to BK Enterprise. This refers to our agency fee. Product price, packing, transport and any other agreed purchase costs remain separate. Confirm these and the payment terms before placing an order.
Can I buy remotely without visiting Surat?
You can begin by phone or WhatsApp. Whether the purchase can proceed remotely depends on the product, supplier and arrangements discussed. Explain any need to inspect samples, clarify specifications or compare options before deciding whether to travel.
Are credit and returns guaranteed?
No. Credit depends on eligibility, the buyer-supplier relationship and agreed terms. Return, replacement and shortage-reporting arrangements also need to be confirmed for each purchase. Do not assume that one supplier's terms apply to another supplier or to a later order.
