BK ENTERPRISE · PRIVACY
Privacy Policy
A straightforward explanation of how enquiries through this website are handled.
Information you choose to share
The enquiry form asks for your name, firm, city, state, phone or WhatsApp number, sourcing requirement and message. BK Enterprise uses the information you choose to share to respond to your enquiry and discuss your business requirements.
When you send an email enquiry
The form sends the details you enter to FormSubmit over HTTPS. FormSubmit processes the submission and forwards it to BK Enterprise's business inbox. Its spam checks may include Google reCAPTCHA on its submission page. This website does not store a copy in a database or browser storage. FormSubmit and the email provider handle the information under their own policies. Read FormSubmit's privacy policy.
When you choose WhatsApp
The form prepares a message on your device. It does not send that message to BK Enterprise or save it to a website database. When WhatsApp is configured, choosing “Send via WhatsApp” opens WhatsApp with the details you entered. You can review the message before sending it. Communication through WhatsApp is handled by WhatsApp under its own privacy policy.
Website data and cookies
This website does not include advertising pixels, analytics trackers or marketing cookies. The website host may process technical information, such as IP addresses and request logs, to operate and secure the service. If tracking tools are added in the future, this notice should be updated to describe them.
Your enquiry
Please share only information relevant to sourcing and trade. Avoid sending passwords, identity documents, payment card details or sensitive financial information through this form.
Questions or requests
To ask about information you have shared with BK Enterprise, including a request to correct or delete it, email us. We will discuss your request and any applicable business record requirements with you.
About this notice
This is basic information about this website's enquiry process, not a substitute for legal advice. The notice should be reviewed as business practices or website features change.
